Cascade TEK Solutions LLC has officially merged into Sheldon Manufacturing Inc. As of September 1, 2025, Cascade TEK is no longer an independent corporation and will move forward as the Cascade TEK brand under the Sheldon Manufacturing corporate brand family. Any orders currently in our system will be unaffected. They will be processed, shipped, and invoiced as Cascade TEK orders.
