Cascade TEK is accredited to perform ingress protection testing that satisfies NEMA, IEC 60529, MIL-STD 810, SAE and RTCA-DO-160 specifications. These tests are typically performed on enclosures to determine the level of protection needed from water, dust, ice or splash intrusion. Cascade TEK has all the calibrated nozzles, immersion tanks and specified dust material to perform ingress test specifications. We are accredited by A2LA to perform IP testing.

Adding a UV sensitive dye to the water ingress tests allows you to more easily inspect areas of ingress in very small, tight enclosures or where water may quickly evaporate. It's easy to do. Ask us for details.

European Ingress Protection Testing: DIN 40 050 9K
