Highly Accelerated Life Testing, (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) are extremely effective tools to establish infant mortality or identify hidden, latent defects within a product.
Testing Method: Random vibration in six degrees of freedom, combined with very rapid temperature transitions subject the product to increasing amounts of stress and fatigue. Cascade TEK’s Large vibration table features 3/8th -16 inserts on 4” grid for product mounting options. Additionally, we have the ability to test larger, heavier equipment with our state of the art 100g table. Most HALT/HASS testing tables max out at 50g’s.
