UV Test at Cascade TEK

If your plastic, non-metal parts will face exposure to UV, light, rain, dew – and you need an established, respected industry standard to base product weathering testing on – consider these popular go-to test standards:

Need to simulate exposures in desert and subtropical climates?

Consider ASTM D4364 - 05 Standard Practice for Performing Outdoor Accelerated Weathering Tests of Plastics Using Concentrated Sunlight

Need to reproduce the weathering effects when materials are exposed to sunlight (either direct or through window glass) and moisture as rain or dew?

Consider ASTM G154 - 04 Standard Practice for Operating Fluorescent Light Apparatus for UV Exposure of Nonmetallic Materials
Cascade TEK’s Accredited weathering test, aging, UV testing services performs these two protocols.  Cascade TEK can help suggest which portions of the test standard best apply.
