Cascade TEK has been awarded accreditation by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).   This accreditation ensures compliance of our internal quality system, technical staff and calibration protocols to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.

Cascade TEK's Scope of Accreditation encompasses Mechanical Vibration and Mechanical Shock, Acceleration, Thermal High/Low Temperature Testing, Thermal Shock, Temperature and Humidity Testing, Salt Spray (Fog) Testing, Altitude, Drop Shock, Rain, Wind and Rain, Drip, and UV Fluorescent Light Exposure. Cascade TEK is certified to perform these tests on aircraft components, automotive components, coatings, packaging and containers.

Cascade TEK is certified for Package Testing by the ISTA (International Safe Transit Association). ISTA Laboratory Certification assures a laboratory is properly equipped to conduct ISTA package performance testing.

The Transit Tested Certification Mark on a package is visible proof to carriers that it has passed industry accepted pre-shipment laboratory testing and that ISTA headquarters has reviewed the results of the test report and certified the package-product for safe transit.

Cascade TEK is Approved for MIL-STD 202 Testing

Cascade TEK has earned Laboratory Suitability Status to Perform MIL-STD 202 by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

The DLA is the largest agency in the Department of Defense, with about 20,000 civilian and military personnel throughout the world. The agency provides supplies to the military services and supports their acquisition of weapons and other material. Cascade TEK is considered suitable to perform vibration, shock, thermal shock, salt-fog, humidity and moisture resistance on products supplied to the Department of Defense.
